"Very large and busy hotel but well staffed and very good service. Having a hand written welcome note on my door key holder by the receptionist was a nice touch. I was also given vouchers for discounts in the bar and restaurant. "

"Staff are great, as soon as you enter and make your way to reception you are greeted with warm and friendly staff. Good quick sufficient checking in. The room looked at bit tired, shower pressure was good but the shower was like something from the 80’s. The room was large and great view of the marina. The tiles in the bathroom were cracked. For the price I think the rooms did not match up well. "

"Had to ring customer services to get the entry code etc, but details sent straight away. Easy walking distance to the town centre and bus/train station. Room was very spacious (I was upgraded from a single to a double), clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to other travellers 🙂"

"We stayed at Hideout Hotel over the weekend and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless, stylish and very comfortable, with a great sense of space and really well-thought-out facilities. The location is excellent – everything is easily accessible – and check-in and access were very straightforward. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was wonderfully quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. The bathroom was a real highlight too: a lovely shower and bath, with plenty of room to unwind. Overall, the size of the apartment and the quality of the finish made it feel like great value for money. There were only a couple of very minor points: there was a slight smell in the fridge (although it was clearly very clean), and a small seated area for doing make-up – or a portable mirror for the table – would have been a helpful addition. These were tiny details in what was otherwise an excellent stay. We would absolutely return and happily recommend Hideout Hotel to others."
