Relaxing
Our stay at Sapphire Beach was amazing. Unit was clean and perfect for the two of us. We had minor issues but contacted Bianca and immediately she took care of situation and she was on vacation as well, very grateful for her prompted response. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The best was the outdoor sofa you could make yourself comfy and enjoy the quiet and spectacular views. We took taxis into Red Hook for dinner and food shopping worked out well for us. We cooked breakfast and lunch in unit and a few dinners, it was very convenient. Went up to Sudi’s and SeaSalt for dinner a couple times very good. Head to beach early on ship days or plan other activities gets crowded. Highly recommend Max Charter for snorkeling tour. We used Yisrael for airport transfer ( as per Bianca suggestion) he was great. Thank you Bianca and Paul Sapphire Vacations for an absolutely fantastic stay. See you soon

We were very disappointed with the maintenance of the facility. The room was dated and the furnishings were of poor quality. The entire facility was poorly maintained . This included the pool , the walkways and the grounds. All in all the facility was subpar, and I would not return, nor would I advise anyone to rent at this complex. Furthermore I would be loathe to use VRBO for an further vacation plans !!!!

Breathtaking view, so quite and peaceful.
This place is amazing. Very clean, peaceful, safe. The balcony was my favorite. Lots of seating to relax or enjoy eating right by the water. I can’t say enough good things about the view. It was remarkable at how quiet it was. Everyone there was so respectful of each other. Excellent location. Close to grocery store, restaurants, shopping and other beaches. When we arrived our room hadn’t been cleaned. But after a phone call they sent housekeeping right away. The staff was quick and efficient and apologetic. I’m only putting this in my review because things happen but it’s how it’s dealt with that matters. The staff handled it perfectly. We just went for a walk while they cleaned the room. I reached out to Bianca also and she responded quickly even though she was out of town. It was nice to have plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap. Kitchen was well stocked. The only addition I would make is a small electric grill available in condo or gas grills available somewhere on the property. Perhaps by the pool area. We can’t wait to come back.

A fantastic experience!
My husband and I spent one night at Bianca’s condo at Sapphire Beach last weekend, following a week long private charter through the islands. It was so easy to communicate with Bianca and she provided absolutely everything we needed for a perfect final day and night in St Thomas. The communications ahead of time and during were thorough and she was extremely responsive. She allowed us to leave our luggage in the room early before check in so that we could enjoy some time on the beach and even honored my request for a late check out for one hour, which really helped because our beach time was limited and this was we could get some beach time before our flight. We truly appreciated her flexibility with us to make the most of our short time there. The view from the condo was as pictured or even better and the bed was super comfy. Loved hearing the waves all night! The beach was absolutely beautiful and there’s a beach bar right there which was nice. It was also a super helpful to have taxis ready to take you where you wanted to go, right there. We had a fantastic dinner in red hook at The Easterly - highly recommend! I would definitely go back to Bianca’s place again and hope to some day! Thank you Bianca for all of your assistance!

Perfect location
This property is great for the money. It is located five minutes from the Red Hook ferry and everything downtown. There is a grocery store close by and plenty of utensils in the kitchen if you would like to cook. There is a great little beach bar with excellent lunch and drinks on the property! You can easily take a day trip over to St. John. Downtown is about 20 minutes away. We rented a car through the guy Bianca recommended and it was much cheaper than using one of the commercial places at the airport. We did not snorkel because there was a lot of seaweed at the time we went (other people still were!), but the water around the rental is gorgeous.

The property is being renovated a bit, but we couldn’t have asked for a better view. Building D put us right on the water! Our condo was clean and perfect for our needs. It was simply fantastic!

Beautiful Views
I loved my stay at this property. The view from the balcony was unbeatable. The pool is right near the room. The beach is perfect. I was on a solo vacation and felt safe the entire time. There are 3 restaurants on the property and Red Hook with many more options is less than 1 mile away. Bianca, the owner, was available by phone for any issues, but I didn’t have any issues. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
