“This place is an absolute gem! The pub and rooms had such a welcoming and cozy atmosphere – the kind of spot where you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, making sure you’re comfortable. “The place was wicked , really friendly n safe, staff were helpful n happy .. loved the space .. great discount on drinks as a guest ..
Just was the old breakfast menu in the tools which you had at the sister hotel down the road .. was looking forwards to the full English but only continental available .. which to be fair was real nice .. just thought was worth a mention. .. would stay again for sure! ”

“Very clean and big room (we had the Deluxe Double room), Free bottled water every day was a nice touch. Shower had good water pressure. Had some concerns about being above the pub, but even when it was open until 11, the noise stopped pretty much immediately every night. Great location for food and transportation (also late night food!). Spent 4 nights here and would definitely return again.
Note: as they disclose, there is no lift. Also the bath tubs are quite high and could pose difficulties……

“剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。”

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."

"The bed is very comfortable. Is a highlight of the hotel. Also location wise is perfect for people travelling to the airport too. The only thing was the hot water either super hot or none. Is hard to adjust for the shower to a suitable temperature for a shower. "
