「The worst part was the hygiene. As soon as we entered the room, there were 3-5 flying ants in the shower. There were other people's hair in the toilet and on the bed. Every day, we found new flying ants in the shower. The staff gave us the wrong key. We couldn't open the door when we got back around 9 PM, and the office closes at 6 PM. Luckily, we had a SIM card to contact the staff. Someone came to give us the correct key after 15 minutes, but it would be tough for travelers without a Swiss...

「O flat é excelente e proporciona todo o conforto para quem quiser descansar após um longo dia de passeios, cozinhar se preferir preparar uma refeição e ter uma boa noite de sono. 「El alojamiento estaba muy moderno y cuidado. Con utensilios de todas clases. El mayor problema es que el apartamento se encontraba en la entreplanta, la pequeña ventana que había se encontraba al ras del suelo y la calle era bastante concurrida, con muchos coches. En el apartamento no entraba casi luz, te veían desde la calle y agobiaba esto. Estoy segura que si nos hubieran dado una planta superior o incluso el bajo, nos hubiéramos sentido más agusto. 」

「Not being able to check in early was very inconvenient. Also, instructions for how and where to use the code to get the room key were lacking. Last time I have a blocked drainage at shower place, and my daughter have to stand with the firty water untiil I cleaned the drainage myself and it is full of hair of previous guests.
