"Lovely property, very convenient for Windermere area. It was handy that all three bedrooms have their own ensuite. It was lacking a little in kitchen utensils if you wanted to properly self-cater. There were some odd little items missing like hand soap in the bathrooms and only one toilet roll in each room, but otherwise clean tidy. "We stayed in the Annexe which is a short walk from the main hotel. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was large but the shower is over the bath. We had a view of the sea and a balcony with outdoor furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had half-board. The menu was varied and the dinners were excellent. Breakfast was help yourself with an extensive buffet. I couldn't work out how to use the Spa but it seemed that you needed to plan ahead and book in advance."
