The property managers, Jerry & Sally Mass, went above & beyond to answer any questions and see that we had everything we needed. “We were spending time as a family to celebrate our son's first Christmas. The property management was top notch and even included Christmas decorations that weren't expected but definitely appreciated! This property is everything we could have asked for and more.”

“When we arrived we noticed the exterior grounds needed attention. We had to contact the owners about no gas in the fireplace. We found two ticks and a dead cockroach. The ceiling fans were full of dust. The drywall joint tape was peeling from the walls. The ad claimed no pets allowed. We found animal toys in plain sight. This caused me to develop a sight sinus condition. We will never rent from them again. We should be reimbursed partial cost as we left a day early.”

“Great space and stay. Bed was comfortable. Pet friendly. The hot tub was amazing. Shower head needs to be updated. Twenty minute drive to Bryson City downtown. ”
