“Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”

“Overall, the apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location, close to the town center, restaurants, and shopping. It had everything needed for an extended stay, including linens, cookware, an iron, and other essentials. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the appliances were in good condition. There were a few areas for improvement. Parking was difficult to secure and quite expensive. Although I stayed for only two weeks, I was required to pay for an entire……

“This property is an Extended Stay property. Grounds were in terrible condition. Common area were unkept and not clean. Room was outdated, dirty, exterior windows were cracked and spidered. In no way was this property what we were expecting from the listing, and not sure why it’s on VRBO, it’s a Motel 6 Extended Stay hotel with no hotel amenities. Saying it has a kitchen is very misleading, and not a dish, utensil, or pan in sight to even utilize the kitchen. The only positive it’s 15 min away……

“The accommodations were excellent and convenient to Reston Town Center. Our host, Ms Chaudhry was very responsive in answering our questions and provided exceptional service.”

“Host was responsive to all needs. Location is tremendous and the building is beautiful.”

“Honestly, I don't know if the people mnanaging this or the people at the front desk have ever been in this apartment building. We were told our FOBs were programmed for parking and that we should go down to the front desk and have them reprgrammed. The FOBs don't work for parking. You need another clicker. The water did not get hot enough. To make it worse, the entrie time we were there (18 days), there was no water pressure. We were told it was a problem in the whole building. When I checked……

“Nope”

“The room was clean and comfortable with somewhat a smell and lacking in amenities. The kitchen fan and light did not work, and no utensils, glasses, pots, etc. The kitchen was completely empty except for two disposable cups- not even a coffee machine. The front desk tried to charge extra for room cleaning.”

“It was an inconvenience from the beginning until the end. Front desk is never at their desk… I waited an hour just to check out….when front desk is finally available they don’t guide you properly they seem lost themselves. I was never asked for an ID but was provided a key - I never received the package they are suppose to provide. I had to pay $20 a day for parking. While I was in the room I got a message that they were going to cancel my stay due to the third party not having a picture of……
