“I must have inadvertently booked a handicap room, there was no tub, but just a walk in shower, and that was okay, except the water from the shower made the entire floor of the bathroom slippery and wet. I informed the office that the toilet seat was very loose, he assured me he would have maintenance look into it. The shower had a large square shower head, so you had the rain shower effect. The only downside was, there were no businesses close by, so if I wanted to eat, I had to travel for food.……

“Out of the way”

“I like this place. The service is very good. ”

“嗯”

“There is plenty of parking right in front of the building. Checking in was easy—you get the physical key from a lockbox using a 4-digit code. The place was pristinely clean. The lake view was beautiful, and you can enjoy it from the chairs right by the door, or from inside. My wife and I used the kayaks to explore Fox Lake, and it was a lot of fun. Even though it was my first time, it was easy to maneuver through the still water. Life jackets are conveniently kept in the brown box. There are……

“If you are looking for a little slice of peaceful paradise, this is it! Everything you could need is right at your fingertips and is tastefully presented. The lake is calm and quiet and provides the perfect setting for rest, relaxation, and time to marvel at the beauty of nature. Today while floating on a raft in the lake a beautiful blue dragonfly hung out with me for about an hour! The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. This week restored my soul and reminded me of childhood vacations……

“There's on-site maintenance right there when I arrived to make everything easy. Also got a call from Cathy the owner to check in on me. Great time especially at night with the campfire and breeze from the lake. Fun local bar scene as well at Whacky Jacks and also the Timber Steak House”

“We enjoyed our stay here very much! The home was clean and well cared for. It was a little musty in the basement room but we didn't use the room so it wasn't a big deal to us. When you walk into the home, you are met with a beautiful view of the lake which was perfect! The homeowner was very attentive and easy to work with. We enjoyed the firepit and the overall feel that the home gave us. The furniture was very comfortable as well. We would definitely come back!”

“Great place to stay with family. The ping-pong, pool tables, and bags were excellent for keeping everyone engaged. The proximity to the lake was within walking distance, close to boat rentals, and 15 minutes to Angola.”

“Beautiful & relaxing location on Oliver Lake. Lynn & Trenia were so kind & even allowed us to stay an extra night when we had vehicle issues. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to the area!”

“Great property, very clean and plenty of space for a family of 4.”

“The host is WONDERFUL and addresses issues EFFECTIVELY. Unfortunately there were a couple of issues (such as the gas & electric company coming early in the morning and saying they needed to shut gas/electric off or the Kuerig machine not working) that made the stay a little less relaxing. However, these issues were probably out of the control of the host and the host immediately dealt with these incidents and found resolutions. It was OUTSTANDING service!”

“Nice place, be aware that there are lots of steps.”

“Comfortable, clean, well equipped. Lots of snacks, coffee stuff centrally located.”

“The good ...Cool spot on the lake and loved the balconies. The electric fireplace is awesome and loved cooking steak & veggies on the gas grill. Lots of cozy spots and warm blankets! The bad & ugly ...it was dirty. Beds had dust and hair, microwave wasn't cleaned, floors were dirty. No sign of the balconies ever being swept. Downstairs TV apps don't work. (Glad I brought my Chromecast.) Upstairs Roku remote doesn't work. (I used the Roku remote app on my phone.) We were only provided one……
