“The customer service was excellent! The gentleman who we interacted with the whole time, was extremely nice and personable! The only reason I gave this hotel 4stars instead of 5, was that we were under the impression that the hotel had a hot tub in the pool area (which a lot of times dictates where we stay). Sounds very small- but we don’t get the chance to relax often, we are contractors, so a hot tub is always 1st on our list. Also- we felt that there should have been a cut-off time where……

“It's a good hotel with typical amenities such as breakfast and internet. Bathrooms are a little aged, but functional. The area is filled with options for dining out. The staff was very helpful.”

“The hotel was incredibly clean and quiet! The room was great, and the amenities were enough/just right. The convenience of Kwik-Trip being across the street was a bonus- as the area doesn't have many restaurants or options for outside food ordering. The staff was kind and helpful/polite as well! The Pool was not in working order- which wasn't their fault, but the hot tub worked, and it was very relaxing! We will definitly be staying again!”

“I've stay here a few times and would stay again. Rooms have always been very clean and staff has always been very courteous. It does seem as though ownership hasn't put much resource into updates/upkeep in quite some time and we got the impression that facility is probably understaffed at the moment. ”
