“The property and townhouse were all very nice. If your wanting to go to Key West multiple times during the week, this location is a quick 21 miles. Townhouse was very accommodating for two couples. Pool and tiki patio areas were all clean, plenty of seating, and quiet. Only con would be bicycles need attention due to flat tires. We would book this property in the future.”

“Cute and adorable. Absolutely. Clean and quiet. Not even close. I called ahead because my major concern was noise. The pool was six steps from my front door. Convenient yes but if other guests are using it and have a boombox going for 10 hours straight starting at 9 14hrs that’s not peaceful. The unit itself looked clean, but was actually filthy. It was not humid outside, but it was very humid in the unit. I emptied out a 2 gallon dehumidifier minimum three times a day. And it’s very small……

“Great location and nice accommodations. Very enjoyable trip. Located right by Duvall Loop free trolly so no reason to pay for the old Town Trolly. Only negative is I don’t like having to wash dishes and put away, having to strip beds and do their laundry. This is my vacation so I could do these things at home. Manager helped 2 old people with our luggage because we thought the elevator was out of order. He even took it up the stairs to our bedroom. So nice and helpful!”

Had to call host for a repair and was taken care of within an hour. Cleanliness could have been better - dusty and cabinets/drawers could use attention. Very happy with our stay.”

“When the listing said property had a dock I assumed it would have a water view. It didn’t. That being said the pool and backyard were very nice. The house was well appointed and very clean. Lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets available. Water pressure and warm water was adequate. Two off street parking spots at the front door and plenty of off street parking always available. Would rent this property again”
