Same as always, extremely welcoming, friendly staff, great room, good kip, cracking breakfast, looked after fantastically well. Won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in the north east now
I keep waxing lyrical about this hotel, but they never cease to deliver. I managed to get in the executive suite this time, for £112. The premier inn 5 minutes up the road is £113. For a single traveller on business there is nothing better. Breakfast is hearty, delicious, and served with a smile. You cannot ask for more
It's a fantastic place to stay. I'm in the area for business regularly. Rooms are newly refurbished and look and feel great. Staff are excellent and helpful.
Check in was great (Becka), room was charming, dinner in the downstairs bar/restaurant was simple and good just what we needed.
Most importantly we’d stay again.
Yet another super friendly, comfortable stay, even down to the friendly welcome card on my breakfast table. Nothings too much, and everyone was super friendly even when I arrived for breakfast 5 minutes before it finished. This is my definite go to whenever I’m in the northeast working from now on
Had an overnight for a concert.Staff were very friendly. Room was massive with a bay window ( looking onto road).Recently refurbed toilet was beautiful. Had burgers to eat in bar and they done the trick.
Food here is excellent. Really great - Both breakfast and evening meal. Cleanliness is fantastic due to recent full refurb. Rooms are comfortable and freshly decorated.
Comfortable room friendly staff, great food and drink offers.
A bit noisy from traffic and a bright green light in the room that was a bit bright for sleeping!
