「It was a simple stay, I didn’t spend much time at the hotel but they were quick with no issues. I might have left my white button up in the closet. But overall everything was fine.」

「Newly renovated! Clean comfy beds Large rooms Refrigerator and microwave Only small complaint was the AC didn’t work as well as I would have liked. I had it set on 60 and I was still hot. I luckily brought a fan so it was fine but it was NO way 60 degrees. It worked , but just not as well as it should ! Definately would stay again at this property !」

「Great staff! Everyone is extremely professional and friendly. For the nightly rate, the property is very quiet and safe. Hotel is surrounded by tons of restaurants and shopping. Reasonable drive to the airport. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a safe and budget friendly hotel. I stayed for 1 week and absolutely had no issues.」

「No breakfast, there was no food. Coffee out. Staff only refilled everything when a customer came to front desk. 3rd floor hallway smelled like marijuana. We stayed two nights and asked cleaning staff to just replace towels and washcloths, they acknowledged what we wanted, but didn't action. We understand the low cost equates to less options, but the basic options, like breakfast and clean towels are expected.」

「The pool was closed; we were directed to use the pool at the property next doors. The carpets were sticky and damp in the rooms. There were air fresheners laid on tables throughout the halls and room as if it were a smoking floor previously.」

「On the affordable end of a stay, and would appear nice on initial entry however immediately on exiting the elevator, the 2nd floor smelled overwhelmingly like urine and the smell of our room was hard to stomach. Visibly the room looks decent, but our hairdryer plug was covered in roach feces and we saw an active live cockroach in the room. It happens, just be cautious of what you carry in if you must. This price was great for the having breakfast and recreation, our kids were happy to have the...

「Buffet breakfast had dried on food. EGGS were watery... The shower had dirty handprints in the room. Did not have full access to the pool. It is rented out to families that are not staying at the hotel, on through Thursday between 9 am to noon and 2 pm to 6 pm. Beds are very hard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed. Health department risk. Only one trash container in the room. People were placing bags of trash outside the room.」

「1. I always do the book now and pay later so I know what I’m paying for when I get to the hotel 2. I called the hotel to make sure me arriving early the next morning was ok and they said yes and for some reason they checked me in and charged my card. 3. I wasn’t made aware of that til I went to cancel my stay yesterday and was told by a different employee that I had already been checked in. 4.」

「1st room had no microwave, no fridge, no AC. 2nd room had no ac, shower was full of hair, missing outlets. Beds were soft, desk lady found us a fan, and it was quiet. Property amenities were missing. No pool, no game room, no breakfast, crime scene tape over one door. Windows opened but didn't have screens. No blankets, but didn't need them anyway.」
