「Perfect cottage in the perfect location to explore Clitheroe. Everything had been considered by the owner for a perfect stay, id recommend staying here if you were looking to visit Clitheroe 」

「Huge car park. Room was very nice. I needed a walk in shower and one phone call a little while before we were due to go sorted out a room with accessible shower. Set in a pretty village. Breakfast was really good. Evening meal very good too. Extremely pleasant staff. We booked The Waddington arms as we were going to a family wedding being held close by at the Out Barn. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the clitheroe/Waddington area. A good base to explore some lovely...

「Beautiful cottage. Wonderful decor and spotless. Lovely comfy bed and great nights sleep as area so peaceful. Wonderful village main street just 3 mins walk to pubs and lovely eateries.」

「The hotel was well located to the centre of town and the main railway station. The staff were excellent and very accommodation with baggage storage and a room change we had to make. Unfortunately one of their guests on Jan 20th smoked Marijuana and the ground stairs lobby and lift stank of the smoke. Shame because of this i could only give them 3 stars.」

「I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...

「Setting was idylic, bar area was cosy and warm especially when log fire was burning. Staff very welcoming and charming. Restuarant lovely and food excellent, limited menu but prepared fresh. Rooms very quaint, little one bedroom cottage, lounge area downstairs with Tv and upstairs a bedroom and bathroom with large bath and powerful shower. Will certainly return」
