「Very clean beautiful place they need to work more with the staff not friendly」

「The staff was friendly and quick to answer questions. It was in a safe area with quick access to Ames and Iowa State campus. The room and shared spaces were clean. The room had blackout curtains that did their job well. The air-conditioning was easy to adjust in the room and was not noisy. Our room had a microwave and fridge that were very clean and functional. Cleanliness: Black spots all over the bedroom walls, carpet in bedroom was slightly sticky, and I found a small pill pug crawling on the wall. Staff: In the morning they were very attentive in the breakfast area. In the evening, there appeared to only be one person on staff, and they remained in the lobby sitting at a table for several hours. This made them easy to contact, however I felt rude...

「Parking was easy. Room was clean. Tv/cable did not work. Unable to adjust temperature in room (was a little humid). Overall it was fone aside from those two little issues.」

「When we arrived at the hotel it did not appear as the it did in the pictures. You could tell the property was not well kept. The hot tub by the pool was closed for maintenance the 4 days we were there. There were no towels in the pool area. The room was dirty. The room smelled and the carpet was wet. There was tons of dust and dirt in the bathroom under the sink. When I turned on the hot tub in the room black dirt came out of the gets. There was tape on the walls covering up holes. 「Our stay for one night was fine, but it's a rather tired hotel. You can just tell by little things like dirty hallways with old carpet, a wobbly toilet, and old furniture,that it's been around awhile.」
