“Nothing special. Room was clean. Conveniently located.”

“The management scheduled a parking lot sealing during my stay. At various points the crew doing the sealing placed a single cone in the driveway or in the middle of the parking lot and proceeded to coat the parking lot. One time I was told to move my car as I parked pretty far from their activities. We were told the sealing agent would dry in an hour or two. It was still sticky the next morning. For the days I was there, the door to the kitchen/laundry room door was left open. It was……

“Property was clean and everyone nice. Specific room did have a strong mold smell. Unfortunately you find that at the lake.”

“Room was clean. Is located near a restaurant and a gas station.”

“When we pulled up the outdoor pool was empty and if order. The indoor pool’s heater was not working so the water was cold. Hot tub was cold and sauna was out of order. Didn’t look like the pool area was ever swept and there was even a urine ketone test strip on the ground. The first room smelled like marijuana. The second run MM room’s security lock on the door was broken off and there was an inappropriate sticker on the fridge. Empty vending machines”

“This hotel is exactly as advertised. It is a beautiful, quaint, elegant hotel in the middle of downtown Sedalia. They have really done a lot to maintain the original construction as much as possible. The food in the Oak Room was 5 stars and moderately priced. Excellent walking distance to almost anything you would like to see. The downtown architecture is beautiful. Would definitely return.”

“Family friendly”

“Bed was a bit stiff ' bathroom door to in the room was to close to the toliet cant sit down without hitting your knee on the door when closing the door. Back of the hotel near sitting bench shows signs of neglect with missing a trash can.”

“There was roaches in our room. It wasn't cleaned well at all. Did not stay the night. Had to finf another hotel.”

“This is an older hotel that has been recently renovated. The room was clean and comfortable.”

“Perfect stay”

“The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort.”

“Room was very clean, I had requested first floor and it was granted. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices.”

“The property was well maintained with a decorative vibe that can’t be recreated! It was awesomely unique !! The staff was accommodating and very pleasant. The rooms were clean, efficient and affordable.”
