“Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted. Thank you for the stay, it made our break, we will definitely be booking again.”

“20 mins walk to the city centre..The area where this is located is so run down and this building is one of the few which is not boarded off ,but there is a Holidayinn just opposite. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There was not much noise even with close proximity to the main road..The bathroom was not as clean with @#£/ stains on the wall and my bad luck decided to take the toilet brush to clean the toilet. It was so dirty and the sight haunted me for a couple of……

“Spotless,and loved the decor”

“The property itself is very nice, spotless, and feels luxurious throughout. Everything is extremely well maintained, including the rooms, beds, bathrooms, and outdoor areas. It is also dog-friendly, which was a big plus. The location is excellent, with a lovely beach view and easy access for walks, including taking a dog out, making it a very pleasant place to stay overall. “Drumee Lodge is a beautiful property, in a picturesque location, close to the Mourne Mountains. The property is stunning and the hosts are fantastic. They were both so welcoming and made our stay so special, including leaving chocolates and a birthday card, in our room. Highly recommended to stay. We will stay again ”

“Being silly hack, travel can sometimes be very disappointing and dangerous for me. I was very impressed with a breakfast that was available. Lots of healthy gluten-free options that actually taste good fresh fruit, oats, boiled eggs, fresh juice. This location is very close to Tollymore Forest Park. I chose to walk the 700 m to the gate and along the way I passed a sheep farm. There were baby lambs all over the place and the owner invited me to go pet them. It was a wonderful experience and I……

“A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! ”
