"Attempted to call the property as required in the booking details as we were going to be a few minutes after the 8:30pm arrival cut-off. No answer. Proceeded to the property anyway and arrived at 8:40pm since the booking said that the front desk is staffed until 10:30pm. There were absolutely NO lights on and the property looked abandoned. The single car in the parking area had flat tires. The reception door was unlocked so we went in. There were NO lights on again. Called out and there was no response. Rang the phone number again and could hear the phone ring down the corridor. No answer. Decided to leave before something tragic happened. Have attempted to contact Travelocity but have only been able to converse with an AI bot that has no idea what I’m trying to communicate."

"Driftwood provides the home from home feeling and is situated in a perfect setting . You have a coastal walk of Strangford Lough, an amazing Castle, all the village amenities and great pubs, with the Dufferin Arms providing that that fantastic Irish atmosphere and experience (stones throw from Driftwood. The owners of Driftwood could not do enough to make you feel welcome and were on hand to any questions. Massive thank you to Jo. Exceptional value and highly recommended. "

"Unfortunately took a while for someone to get back to me about checking in as no doorbell etc. water really wasn’t very hot. Wasn’t aware that there was no dining option (eve though it says that in the blurb) due to a function."

"An Absolutely Perfect Stay at Strangford Lough!Our stay at Robin's beautiful VRBO in Killinchy was a huge part of what made it so special.The cottage was pristine, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. It was the perfect cozy retreat after a day of exploring the stunning Strangford Lough and surrounding areas.The location is idyllic, offering a peaceful and serene escape while still being conveniently close to local pubs and scenic walking paths. It's clear that Robin takes immense pride in their property and genuinely cares about their guests' experience.We couldn't recommend this place more highly. "Lovely couple of days."

"The place is situated right across from the ocean and not super far from Belfast just need to plan on the country roads to get there. Beautiful countryside. Good fish and chips place beside us and they were very helpful for us. However there were some things lacking. There is no information for you when you enter. We had no hot water until our friendly Chipbuddy neighbours showed us how to turn it on. Yes you can have 12 people stay but some of the beds were NOT comfortable and so those should be thrown out as I felt the springs the entire night. Also not a huge thing but there is no hand soap anywhere. Besides that it was a nice stay. "
