My FIL is handicapped and uses a walker, and although it’s not purposed to be handicap friendly, it was very accommodating and spacious in which he was able to maneuver with ease throughout the property. First, the entrance door was broken - this had happened before, neighbors told us, given prevailing winds- and, without guidance on nighttime access, we were left to improvise a solution with masking tape to avoid being locked out over the coldest night of 2025. Also, a member of the party in a neighboring room lacked heat in its living room/kitchen area. Rather than resolve this……
