Clean, comfortable, and well supplied rental home

The home is a great size with a large kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and baths - sitting area has a generous sized TV for viewing as well. Location is within 15-20 minutes of numerous beaches and some wonderful restaurants - plus for baseball fans it’s an easy drive to Cardinals and Mets spring training parks. The host is very pleasant and prompt with response to any questions or needs.

Great Stay

House was super clean. Everything that you needed was there. Great restaurants super close. Only took us about 20 minutes to get to the Mets Spring Training complex. Would stay here again!

A nice place by the lake.

We came to this area to visit our grandchildren. Its a nice area with great restaurants and fishing facilities close by. Our unit was very nice and very well kept and clean. Easy access to beaches an SC shopping.

Excellent Port Salerno Stay

Very clean and modern 2 bedroom house in great location for a great price. Garden backs on to a nice river walk My son and I were down for 5 days to play golf in the Palm City/Port St Lucies area and this location was super convenient Will definitely look to stay there again. Host was super helpful and responded quickly to questions.

Perfect spot

You will not be disappointed in this property. 5 minutes to everything, but still feels isolated. Plenty of space inside, and very well appointed. Fir less than the coat of a nearby resort you get 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, private parking, laundry, and a walking trail by a private lake. Would stay there again.

Beautiful little home. Brand new appliances and very well kept and clean. Beds were super comfortable and the location was close to all the beaches and restaurants we wanted to go to. Diana was a great host and addressed all our answers and issues. Will definitely return.

Perfect stay in Stuart/Salernos Area

House is new construction and clean as a whistle. Beds were comfortable and every amenity we needed was there. Our host made sure everything was satisfactory and check-in was a breeze. This house is super convenient to marina and restaurants. Beaches are close by and a perfect base for touring this area. The backyard is PERFECT. We walked the lake and creek ever evening we could.

Weekend Fishing Trip Stay

I booked the 5040 house for a weekend of fishing with friends. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us to stay comfortably and the home fit our needs perfectly. The home was impeccably clean, well organized and stocked with everything we needed. My communications with our host were always answered politely and promptly. I would stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends.

This home was everything and more!!! For it to be a 2 bedroom/2 bath it has so much space. It was cleaned perfectly. They had some of the basic necessities when it came to cleaning and showering. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back again!!

Great little house for a short stay!

I would definitely recommend this property. It had 2 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a nice living room and a little patio with a lovely view of the pond. Everything was very clean. The owner was super responsive. We mentioned that we'd be working from the house for 5 days and she brought over an extra desk chair - so nice - and really helpful!We spent 5 nights and the house/neighborhood are quiet. This is not a fancy part of town, it's lots of small, older homes. But this home backs up to a beautiful pond that has a trail around it - it was a real bonus!Not giving it 5 stars because I thought that might be more for stellar properties that are much fancier. But for the price, this is an excellent choice.

Clean, Updated Home in Stuart

The property was super clean and updated. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The lake with a walking trail was adorable. Communication with Diane was superb. We really loved this place for an overnight stop.

Great First Time in Port Solerno

All in all the stay was great...Samuel was able to allow us early entry even though guests had left that same day...which was huge since we had had a tough, long trip getting there so really appreciated that and know that is is not always possible. Samuel was very accessible and responsive although we didn't need help with much. We were there for a week and spent most days at the beach or parks and it would have been nice to have beach towels to use and the use of beach chairs and maybe even an umbrella would have made it over the top! We enjoyed sitting in the backyard admiring the view but the chairs were uncomfortable as adirondak chairs (in my opinion) usually are so we improvised by using towels and pillows. I believe there are cushions specifically designed for these chairs for that very purpose so maybe something to consider. The pantry was well provided but a bit more cutlery pieces would be useful to avoid having to wash dishes after cooking and before eating. A pair of scissors would be handy as would hot mitts (had to use a face towel) and a dish cloth and tea towel would also come in handy. There was lots of paper towel to use but we wouldn't have used so much with the dish cloth and hand towel. We really enjoyed out stay and the spectacular News Year's day display presented by Samuel as well as others in the neighborhood was kind of magical. We would definitely stay again and my suggestions/opinions are not meant to detract from our stay...it was terrific...just would have made it even better.
