“This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious.”

“Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed staying at this stunning ocean view condo. It was a retreat and was perfect for us and our daughter, her husband and their 17 month old son - our grandson! There was even a pack-n-play and highchair in the condo - even though we had brought our own P&P! Very helpful though. “That’s what this adorable little bungalow felt like. Small, but when the SoCal weather is nice, there is a huge deck to enjoy the amazing views and ocean breezes. Great couple spot.”

“We’ve been renting this unit when we visit the Burbank area. Access is easy. Parking is a breeze. There is a small kitchenette, so we avoid dining out all of the time. Having the private outdoor sitting area is one of the best features. The owner resides in the main house, and is a wonderful guy.”

“My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️”

“We enjoyed our stay. Everything was to our liking and the hosts provided snacks and essentials. My only complaint is that the sofa bed is firm and the living room didn’t have curtains to block out light from outdoors.”

“My friend and I loved staying here. We wanted somewhere to decompress after driving for 9 days and this funky little pad was perfect. It’s a 1920s private guest house just off the back landing, accessed by steps. It is closer to Venice beach than to Santa Monica pier, with easy walking access to restaurants and the SM farmers market. The downstairs laundry was excellent, the kitchen well set up, and the whole place suited us. Be warned, though, if you are short, the high chairs at the kitchen……

“A few things… John was very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. When things weren’t quite right, he fixed it. The apartment is priced right (less than others in the area). Good value for what you get. If you are a picky renter, this particular building may not be your place. If you’re looking for value, with parking, this works. Balcony has neighborhood view and sun in the later day. Quiet (only once heard someone practicing their cello mid-day). Functional. I worked four very……

“The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths.”

“Property is very clean, bright and well equipped. It’s walkable to Santa Monica pier, but the tram passes right outside and there’s a stop close by. Ralph’s store is beside the property if you need provisions, and a Starbucks on the corner. There’s two pools and a hot tub. Highly recommended. Don’t forget to ask for an extra bed in advance if you need more than 3 beds. My teenagers don’t like to share!”
