"The property is beautifully located in a very tranquil hamlet. At the moment the house and garden are not being maintained adequately. During our stay we had no hot water for the first few days and the internet connection that was advertised was not available. The kitchen had not been properly cleaned and there was food in the cupboards that had gone out of date long before our arrival. "We stayed as a family of 10 and had a great time. The accommodation is definitely rustic and traditional. It won’t suit everyone but if you’re looking to get back to basics look no further! For us as an Australian family it could have cleaner and we ended up doing cleaning ourselves to make it more comfortable. The bed linen and towels are also ready for a refresh. The host was great and provided a good summary of the local area and sights. Arezzo is a lovely day out. "

Alessio was so helpful and responsive and he came one night with his mum and made us pizza's which was great. Poppi is a lovely small town and we had cars and there a lots of small places nearby to visit. Would 100% recommend staying here "

"I can’t even describe how beautiful this villa is . The first day I walked out of the house into the patio to the smell of wisteria and the sound of bees .
