What was amazing on this trip was that the Hotel Manager helped us flag down a van taxi when he noticed we were having trouble reserving one. He walked up the street and came running back with a taxi for our size group and helped us load the bags. What awesome service!!! Arigato Gozaimasu!"

The staff member who assisted us with a luggage transfer and check out on 20 Oct was also very pleasant and helpful to us. They should all be commended for their friendly service.
