“My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. “a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A”

“We had a great time relaxing and taking quiet walks on the beach. The beach access was very close and very quiet. ”

“We loved our stay - the unit is cozy but very clean and perfect for a couple (and we had a small dog with us). Beach chairs and towels were provided, which was a huge plus, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials to help us cook our meals we grilled each night. Nice backyard and location overall. ”

“The room was a lot more spacious than I anticipated and everything was very clean. There was some music playing upstairs but it was quiet by nighttime. Check in and check out was very straightforward. Turning into the driveway was a bit difficult when the highway was crowded but was otherwise easy to find ”

“We meet Manny when we arrived at the property and he showed us around and gave us great tips on things to do and beaches to visit, his wife found out it was my wife's birthday and she made her a special dessert. It was a great time. ”

“So glad we found this listing! It was perfect for a long weekend for a wedding at Oheka Castle. The deck overlooking the owner’s backyard and gardens was so beautiful and peaceful. The property sits back from the road and up a driveway which makes it even more private and quiet. We were able to make a short drive to great local towns for dining,(shopping if you want) and beaches and a boardwalk.We highly recommend this property.”

“Went for jones beach - very nice neighborhood and cozy living space! everything was very clean, lots of places to go in the area. I had a great time!”

“Martin was amazing, I had told him we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, he had a gift bag waiting for her! We were so close to everything we had planned to see! Apartment was very cosy.”

“The apartment is right in town. But you do not have any noise from the town as Westhampton Beach Main Street is very busy in the summer. The place had all the amenities that was needed a nice deck outside. Parking in the back assigned for the apartment. I will definitely book this again for my next trip. ”

“We went to check in around 5pm since check in was at 4. Luckily we were able to leave our kids with family while we went to check out the place and unload our luggage. We arrived and parked in the street like we were told and walked to the back around the whole yard on an unfinished path. We had to step over a large roof drain pipe to get to the basement door which was not very safe. We went inside turned on the lights and proceeded to check the rooms to find the floors filthy, crumbs were all……
