“Our second trip to this venue. Love the quiet and space.”

“Loved the home! will be back next year!”

“We were in town for the drag races. This property is very close to the event. It was very clean and cute inside. Lots of restaurants nearby. Just bring your own napkins and paper towels. Also, there’s a keurig in case you want to bring your own coffee.”

“Cute little place to stay! ”

“well located”

“Property was great for the 4 of us. I picked this place because it was right on the Va creeper trail. Also, right on the river, there is a deck that sits right on river with a large umbrella, this made for a nice location to sit and enjoy. House was very clean and had everything we needed. All one level, 2 bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen made our time here a breeze.”

“Clean home with 3 bedrooms. Host is thoughtful. She left snacks and even left treats for the dog. Highly recommended”

“The fishing cottage is on a beautiful riverfront property with great river access. Convenient to Johnson City, Elizabethton, and Watauga Lake. Everything we were looking for a relaxing few days.”

“Nice little get away cottage. Makes you feel secluded in the country with its homey cottage feel and outdoor amenities such as a gas grill to cook up the evening dinner while you enjoy the glow of the fire from the included fire pit with an abundance of wood.”

“Great house. It has great ambience and was clean. We loved being able to walk to things. We appreciated the coffee and tea bar. A couple of things to note. We threw out the creams in the container by coffee maker because they were bad. One was fully congealed. Also, the bathroom sink may need draino or something because we noticed it’s very slow to drain. Other than those couple of things, it was a great stay. We will be checking out by around 9:00/9:30am today. Thanks”
