"My husband and I stayed at Casa Avalon for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience! Erica was beyond kind and helpful throughout our stay. From making after-hours runs for extra towels and assisting with a toilet issue to her overall warm hospitality, she truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Erica! ❤️ We stayed in a Superior King Room on the 3rd floor with a beautiful ocean view. The room was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh and refreshing. We also received two complimentary slippers, which was a nice extra touch. The location was very convenient — just 10–15 minutes from the Catalina Ferry and only one block from Vons. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Casa Avalon again. We highly recommend it!"

"Nice hotel right off Crescent Ave, which is the main road coming into Avalon from the ferry. Our room had a balcony which was nice to open up to the ocean breezes. It was nice to be within walking distance of everything. The staff were nice and helpful. The place underwent a renovation a few years ago so the place is still in pretty decent condition. Modern shower and vanity. Cutesy island-ish room. I don't know why people are raving about the breakfast, but it's just a little more than basic continental. The Catalina Coffee & Cookie company right outside the hotel is really good though. Great cold brew and breakfast sandwiches/burritos. Get there early, though, because there is always a line after 10AM."
