“Its fine if you dont want to really stay in the house much and dont mind eating out for almost every meal as the kitchen is quite small with nearly zero pantry space. The pantry that is there is storing paint ant im not one to keep my food that close to xylene, dospersants and other paint compounds. One does t typically store their food next to paint thinner either. Theres very little room for clothing other than your suitcase as well. It is a fine location, particularly for night life but……

“Location is excellent - No Dishwasher or washer/dryer on site. Toiletries on-site leave a bit to be desired. Would absolutely stay again!”

“Pros: really close to King Street, comfy bed, cute home with enough room for 2 and hot water.Cons: lock on doors weren’t great, not enough parking due to construction, not great water pressure in the shower, homeless guy on the front steps, he didn’t bother us but a little unsettling, you can hear everything all night long.”

“Beautiful place and location, will definitely be our first choice when we go back”

“The place was perfect for what I needed. Close to the beach for morning dog walks and afternoon sunshine. Also close to downtown for good food and drinks. Teresa is very quick to respond and super friendly! The place itself is great and exactly as described-Charming studio is exactly what it is- it’s small, but again, EXACTLY as pictured and described.”

“If I could give this property a negative rating, I would. This was, without question, the worst vacation rental we have ever stayed in.The unit was dark, poorly maintained, and felt more like a jail cell than a vacation home. We encountered cockroaches, the furniture was extremely dated, and there was a strong chemical odor throughout the property, along with signs of possible mold that raised serious health concerns for our family. To make matters worse, the owner arrived at the property……

“Great communication and easy checkin/checkout. Very clean and all necessities provided.”

“Clean roomy airy bright great location amazing parking All in all. Terrific.”

“This property is so cute! It was perfect for the two of us! The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need for cooking any meal. It’s close to just about anything you would want to do and walking distance to so many charming shops and restaurants!I would definitely book this property again.”

“The room was awesome! It had everything we needed and then some! No complaints whatsoever! The bed was comfort, I slept very well every night! The kitchen was furnished with coffee, salt & pepper, bottled water, etc.. we had everything we needed! The host was very personable and answered our texts quickly. We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were spotless! Thank you! Gwen”

“The place was good and clean. We were extremely disappointed with the backyard. The pics in the VRBO website showed a cute backyard and we made plans for an evening there. It was horrible, not kept, shoulder heigh weed. The TV’s (2) also didn’t work. Although the host had said someone could come and look at them, we didn’t spend much time in the house during the day and when we wanted to watch tv was already late at night. The house itself was great”

“This property was exactly as listed and absolutely perfect for our stay in downtown Charleston. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone for whom it looks like a good fit.”
