“Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.”

“Staff very friendly. Very safe as the door have many safety tags on which you need your room card to get past. Rooms very basic so as long as you are looking for cheap and clean place to sleep. Would recommend. ”

“Loved the proximity to the restaurants of Cardiff Bay. Checkout 11am which was great, could even leave the car in the free carpark until 2pm.”

“This hotel is a little past its prime but the room was spacious, well appointed, clean and attractive. The bed was a little spongy, but that’s all about preference. The lobby and dining room are attractive and the breakfast was good. My only complaint is that after leaving Edinburg, I had to take a tram/plane/bus/train to get to Cardiff and I arrived four hours before check in. It would have been nice if they agreed to let me check in at least an hour early but I was given a firm “no”.”

“I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Indigo. Property was very clean & in a good/convenient location, even though in the middle of town it was very quiet, parking was a 5 minute walk around the corner and staff members were great.”

“Exactly what we expected, with staff helpful, professions and friendly throughout the hotel including everyone in the corridors, restaurant and reception. A more continental leaning menu would be my preference but what was on offer was ok if not inspiring. ”

“Lovely comfortable room although finding it was a challenge which was not explained at reception. Up a very grand staircase, through the glass doors on the left, (not right), down a long corridor through another door to the elevator up to 2nd & 3rd floors. Finding the bar/ restaurant in the main hotel was another challenge, more corridors, stairs and elevators with no signage!!”

“Basic room. King size bed with spotlessly clean bed linen. Mattress and pillows a little too firm for me but that is just my preference. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast of coffee, orange juice, water, croissant with jam and butter, a cereal bar and a tangerine. View of Portishead marina .”
