“Clean and comfortable with competent staff. The free breakfasts have a wide variety of dishes, and you can order omelettes for no extra charge. The staff speak English reasonably well, so logistics are fairly easy (getting taxis, changing booking details, etc.). The rooms are spacious and offer nice views of the city. The only negatives are things beyond the hotel's control: occasional city-wide power outages and water shutoffs. ”

“The staff were warm and welcoming right from the entrance. They assisted my mum and me with her luggage, and check-in was quick despite a temporary power outage, which was beyond their control. The room was a comfortable size for two, and overall, we had no issues. ”
