“Clean room, activites are a bit overrated. There is one small area where all 5 games are to be played, so it becomes a bit crowded. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement. Paid food was too tasty, so breakfast can also be tasty. Service is extremely fast, kudos to that”

“Very very steep & long driveway — served our food order to someone else in front of us & when confronted they chose not to charge us — awful experience Lot of construction going on in the living quarters area. My 85 year old mother was with me — too many up & down stairs — only way to access the rooms. Not convent for us. ”

“Terrible hospitality. A girl from reception rang up to come to reception to clear dinner bill. She knew very well we are staying another night at Resort. She still wanted me to clear last night dinner bill immediately. Resort has my 40 lakh car standing in your parking. There is no way I can runaway without paying bill. Height of rediculousness. Very petty behaviour. Front staff lack basic guest sensitivity. I had two reservations back to back .... reception knows that very well. Have asked to……

“Sunrise cottage is a fantastic find. On a busy road, it is a quiet Haven with views of the mountains and the passing toy train. It's very clean and well maintained for an older property. The staff were always very helpful, especially the desk manager., Noks.”

“The views from our duplex were great and the room itself was fairly cozy for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. However, the staff behaved unprofessionally from the get go. For instance, once we got there, the person at the reception tells me I have a booking with code EP3 and asked me to explain what it was. I was a little flustered and mentioned how I just booked through Expedia and shouldn't they know the internal codes. He somehow makes it sound like I made some error and need to explain……

“The rooms were not of good condition, doors were not getting locked properly, food was not of great quality, other basic amenities were not provided! ”

“The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. Similar experience when calling Inhouse dining. Once an ask for full……
