Need-to-Know Information Before You Book:
Community Registration Fee: A $125 fee (subject to change) is required by the Venture Out HOA. This must be paid at the guard gate upon arrival (cash or credit card; 4% credit card fee applies).
Parking:Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. This vehicle must fit on the driveway and not extend out to the road. The driveway measurements are 25'L x 91/2'W x 12'H. If your vehicle does not fit when you arrive, you will need to see the guard gate for an additional parking pass for the overflow lot which costs $5/day. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
Occupancy Limit: Strictly limited to 6 guests total, including infants and children.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years or older and must email a copy of their valid driver's license to the rental manager within 24 hours of booking acceptance.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
Payment Details: A 4% fee applies to credit card payments.
Community Rules: Guests are required to follow all Neighborhood Association rules and regulations. Violations may result in fines or immediate removal from the property without refund.
No Smoking allowed in the home.
