Charming house—lives much larger than expected for square footage. Off-road, designated parking, very functional kitchen, A/C worked too well and had to adjust, nice outdoor space for water-side meals. Host checked in with us and responded quickly. Strong community program —we were invited to attend Christmas program. Felt secure. Onsite laundry a plus! Loved the bikes and kayaks. LOVE the canal access.

Home was as described in the listing. Very clean and great location. Keeping boat right in the backyard was a plus and the kids fished right off the sea wall. Host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend if you want great views, clean house and good times.

I loved this place!! It was very clean, and the scenery was beautiful. I like that you can have your boat right there where you are. Having the golf cart was a nice addition to go to the pool and just to ride around. Next time i will stay a full week 4 days was just not enough. LOLI will definitely be back. Best Choice on campground

Don't let the lack of reviews steer you away from this one; it's new. The home, owners, location, and amenities are truly worth the FIVE STAR RATING given. Home is like new; appliances, doors, ac units, bathroom, kitchen, great living room TV, and extremely clean. The location of this lot is AMAZING. On cul-de-sac and has common area in backyard which was never used by anyone but us during our stay. Great location to fish right off side and back area. The included golf cart made getting around effortless and fun. The owners are excellent communicators; although I didn't need to reach out about anything after our initial arrival, since everything was fantastic! The campground itself has great security, pool has beautiful views of water, basketball courts but bring your own ball, just many things for entertainment. We highly recommend and will be reaching out for another stay the next time we will be in the area.

At 74 I have state in a lot of places in and outside the USA but this place really, really impressed me. The cleanliness, amenities and attention to every detail in the living area, kitchen, bathroom as well as outside deserves 100 stars.
