“This hotel is very close to places to eat and access to the highways that take you into the Black Hills. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I didn't have an iron or a desk chair when I arrived but they quickly found one for me. The hotel is beginning to show signs of wear. Breakfast was exactly the same for the three mornings I was there. Standard breakfast food and only a few small oranges. There weren't a lot of families staying when I was there due to the middle of the week,……

“Our room was decent but the cleaning staff were terrible and they advertised an arcade room but it wasn’t open. We were disappointed in our overall stay. Wouldn’t recommend it to others.”

“This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were soiled and stained. People were hanging out in the stairwell and the parking lot that didn’t seem to be registered guests. The lights between the beds were torn out of the wall. It was just creepy and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. ”

“Room was nice, breakfast was good, exercise room was good, pool looked good although I didn’t go in. Staff was moody. Girl at check-in told me to wait while she typed on the computer for a few minutes, after I had driven 400 miles at the age of 69. Sort of pissed me off. As well the board employee who is smoking on the back door multiple times when I tried to bring bags in, and he forced me to smell his cancer sticks. Lowlife slovenly. So the place is not perfect, but the room is decent at……
