「Keep in mind there’s nobody on staff on the premises to help you. Everything is via phone call & couldn’t get into our room. They sent us to another room and couldn’t get in that one either. Send us back to our first room. Get inside and it’s filthy. There’s literally a syringe under the bed. We call and tell them there’s no way we’re staying there. Send us to another room and it was also dirty. At that point we’ve had our fill and left. Demanded a refund and they said it would be sent, never...
