“Good”

“The staff was the best part of the hotel! They were exceptional friendly and accommodating! The room was clean, but lacked some things like a microwave and a makeup mirror. Parking was excellent. Breakfast was good. I did miss not having bananas! I wasn’t eating much but probably it lacked some items if I could eat more. Colleen was a excellent host in the breakfast room, very friendly and helpful.”

“Stayed for two nights. Towels were changed out but sheets were not changed, sink area not cleaned, empty Kleenex box not changed. Road noise from nearby highway was terrible. Will not stay here again nor would I recommend.”

“The property was new, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a little buffet for $10, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and tots with toast. We had a suite on the far end. You could hear the highway noise in the sitting/television area but not in the bedroom. Shower pressure was not good in that room, 133. Overall, a nice place to stay but I would try a different room”

“Cleanliness of the room and breakfast area was only fair. The king bed mattress was hard/extremely firm.”

“Staff failed to repair TV for 3 days until end of stay. Insufficient towels.”

“Our room smelled like an ashtray but they put us in a different room. The faucets leaked, missing outlet covers and it just had a smell to it. The breakfast is just cold cereal and milk with five tables. The price was ridiculous at almost 500 a night but that was during the hall of Fame game. All in all just a poorly maintained and expensive hotel.”

“Breakfast was disappointing, no protein,Pillows in room where flat,old uncomfortable and created neck aches,outdated bathroom,No coffee pot.Basically a flop house for the night.”
