"We love that it was pet friendly, but you could definitely tell that the area that was pet friendly was not as nice as the rest of the hotel. The front and foyer of the hotel and the lobby is really pretty! They will bring your breakfast to your room in the morning."

"It fulfilled the basic needs. Mostly used by blue collar workers brought into the area on a temporary basis. The pool looked fine, but I didn’t use it. Lots of odor of marijuana on and around the property. "

"In my opinion it is a stretch to call this is a 2 bedroom. It's actually a 1 bedroom with a second bed in the kitchenette area. It was smaller than expected since it was advertised as 2 bedroom. The refrigerator is even in the closet. The photo shows the host house and not the apartment which is on the end. The host controls the temperature as there is no thermostat in the apartment. My companion and I arrived late and it was cold. There was only one extra comforter in the closet so we were both cold the first night. The host did provide 2 more blankets the next day and I think turned up the thermostat. There was no charming garden view looking out the window by the table and most of the plants along the walkway were brown. It was clean and in a good location. Communication with the host was good. "

" Room was very nice. TV ROKU was terrible and kept trying to find a signal while watching. No clean towels and no one to request any. Finally, last morning no hot water at faucet or shower. Will not go back."

"We enjoyed our 4 weeks at this rental in a quiet neighborhood with a view of Lake Sebring out the kitchen and living room windows. Well stocked with paper goods and linens and very clean. A great shower and comfortable bed. The hosts were very responsive but they did not think ahead to the week of demolition and construction they scheduled just a a few yards from us in their attached unit that assaulted our senses with saws, pounding and drilling daily during a really cold spell where there was few options for escape. Lots of equipment for water fun and barbecuing. Lighting in the kitchen at night could be improved, especially above the kitchen table."
