「I have been hounded by Hotels.com to leave a review. The hotel reception staff were very helpful, but I had cancelled my stay so have no review to give. I asked for a VAT receipt for the cancellation cost and the staff could not have been more helpful. Many thanks to them.」

「There were no cocktails to be had At All ! The pillows need changing as they are like bricks and the Showers need a shower mat as it becomes very, very slippery. This is a shame, because everything else was Great.」
