“Stayed there 4 days for business, picked this hotel as the location is convenient to visit several hospitals. The room was not cleaned properly when I checked in, women hairs were found here and there. I phoned the front desk, they sent a staff holding broom and dustpan and asked me where the dirt was. I was speechless and requested him to vacuum the room. There were stains on coffee mugs. The light in shower was too dim, they changed the light bulb only the third day of my stay. My room was……

“The mattresses, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable, which is essential for travelers. The indoor swimming pool, though small, had a nice ambiance and lighting design, especially in the evenings. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me, a traveler with limited English skills, for which I am very grateful.”

“Room is very clean, and thank the staff for their”

“car park and lift are most problem”

“夜班staff super friendly and make me feel geniuenly welcomed.

“The apartment is very spacious and clean. All amenities are very nice especially the hot and cold filtered water supply.”

“clean and full of equipments”

“This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. No daily water unless request, no free coffee or tea. I think the hotel is run by foreigner staff. Restaurant not open for the whole day and the food is horrible. The bathtub is dirty and shower is poor. The whole facility is badly maintained.”
