“Clean , great staff polite easy beach access.”

“My daughter and I had a girls weekend to go to the NCA competitions. The place itself was decent and clean. Although it is on the older side it was kept up. I know with the sea air it is hard to upkeep. The condo itself was ok. It was clean, decently decorated, and was stocked with necessities. My largest issue and struggle was the front door had one lock and it was a keyed lock, no way to dead bolt from the inside. Being it was just my daughter and myself I had no way of knowing who has a key……

“1st floor room was perfect for me. I’m on a walker and a cane. The pool was not heated so I didn’t get in much. Loved the location and the staff. Great to have breakfast and not have to cook or go out. Will definitely be back, and Jeep parade on the beach was awesome. ”

“The best part was the breakfast. The rest was terrible. Supposed to have a partial ocean view room, all we could see was a wall! Our balconies were sitting in the entry roof area with parapet walls all around us, zero view. The balcony railing paint was almost all pealed off. Exterior of building needs a lot of maintenance. They say they are pet friendly but clearly don’t like you having pets. Every single employee at the front desk would glare at us if we were walking with our dogs. We ended up……

“Clean room. Wonderful staff. Glorious view from room, oceanfront pool, and outdoor gas grills made this place amazing. Great for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff are all amazing and incredibly accommodating. Having a full kitchen with dishes and everything necessary to cook was exceptional. We plan to stay here every time we are in the area. Convenient access to Orlando, hour drive on I-4. ”

“Nice spacious room clean, the check in was not good no luggage carts, and one of the elevators does not work. It takes forever the one they do have operational is tiny. Only one couple with luggage can fit on the elevator at a time. Would prefer to have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels. With all that being said the rooms are nice, breakfast is good, coffee is above average. ”

“SLUMLORD. Rooms were thrown together horribly, 1/2 the lights didn’t work, the toilet was leaking onto the floor (in an upstairs suite) window in a bathroom that goes to a hallway that can be seen straight into and the window was unlocked when we arrived. I paid 35 dollars for extra parking and came home at 1am with nowhere to park and the vehicle that was already there was completely blocked in. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy”

“The location is great, however the facilities can be better, it will be great if they remodel the rooms and put an actually reception were people can check in properly.”

“First room AC didn't work and phone didn't work. Maintenance man was a little argumentative about the issues. We were moved to a lower disability room which was kind of akward but at least the AC worked.”

“Horrible experience, no reception, no pool, no balcony, bed was broken, dirty. They are remodeling but they don’t say anything and charge same price. The room was ok but the floor was dirty”
