I had been given a room key to an occupied room and the staff, as well as the front desk manager, Martin, were extremely apologetic and accommodating in getting it straightened out. “upon arriving in my room i noticed the fridge wasn’t on & i needed to store breast milk. i went down to the front desk and staff was kind enough to store my freezer packs and milk in their staff refrigerator. i was worried i would have had to dump my supply and i’m very grateful for such a kind gesture no matter how small it may seem to others. ”

“The location suit my needs. Breakfast is better than other same rating hotel or motel. Room is clean and equipped with bath tub as advertised. The only problem is bath tub always leaking so I can not fully enjoy a hot tub.”

“It was pretty neutral ... I mean, what do we really need in a motel: a bed, bathroom, TV, dogs allowed ... all that was just fine. But then you meet the staff. And that's when you realize why people love this place. I've never met a staff more like long term friends than "workers". The staff makes this good motel a GREAT motel.”

“The hotel employees are very friendly and efficient. The perfect facilities of the hotel made the staying comfortable. The spa pool is my most favorite. There is a Vons across the street with some little restaurants around. I’ve recommended the hotel to my friends.”
