Sunrise Park hotels in Palm Springs

"We arrived at 3:30 pm on the day of our check in, but were told the rooms were not available. We left the hotel and returned at 9:00 pm as we had other plans. The front desk clerk was very friendly, however I’m not sure if he knew where the rooms were in the property as he gave us the wrong directions twice. I kept running around the property from the outside looking for our rooms, meanwhile the rooms were accessible through the lobby of the hotel. Finally, another hotel employee directed us to the right place. It took us 20 minutes going around the property looking for our rooms, which were not acceptable from the parking or the pool side as we were initially told. Other than that, it was a great experience staying at this hotel as it was centrally located to PS downtown and all the restaurants. We were there for one night and didn’t use any amenities. "

"The cleaning lady didn’t show up during our 2 days stay.the restaurant at the property was horrible, they messed up our order and didn’t apologize for it."

"The bathtub caulking was disgusting and mildew. The shower had no shampoo and no lotion in the lotion bottle. I am completely shocked that you discover this mid shower. I was able to text from front desk attendant and was able to get lotion and shampoo after 20 minutes but by then I was done with my shower. The room as stinky when you walked in with a musty smell. The couch in the front room had a big stain on it. For the money I would spend my money elsewhere as there were hotels across the street. Nice to have complimentary happy hour and omelette for breakfast was nice. The pool was nice but often there were no towels available. Just overall not impressed for the money I spent. Would NOT stay here again. Very dated and they aren’t maintaining the rooms."

"Loved the pool. Disliked the bed - it was too soft!!! -- and the gym equipment, especially the stationary bikes, were of poor quality."

"Overall a nice stay. Clean room and helpful staff. Only issue was a green and black mold stain on the ceiling above the shower. That definitely should be looked into."
