The Wayside

Great place to stay. The owners are very helpful. Close to the beach and very close to everything you need. Calabash is only 5 to 7 min. Away and the restaurants there are excellent. The Planetarium is close by too. Very spacious unit and we loved the screened in porch. We will definitely be back.

Nice condo in great location ☀️

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Pamela & Micheal’s place. The condo was extremely cleaned and the hosts were terrific. Great area for golfing, beaching, and walking! I loved using the porch at dust, listening to the church bells. I highly recommend this getaway condo. You won’t regret it 😁

First Stay at Sea Trail Property

We have been coming to Sunset Beach since 1987 and was able to stay at my parents home right around the corner from Sea Trail. I always admired the property & played all 3 of the courses back in those earlier days. Now it has been 7 years that my parents have passed on, we have continued to come to Sunset Beach at least once a year enjoying the great sea food and may restaurant options nearby and into Myrtle Beach and the great island beach

Efficient Condo in SB

My large family rents a house on the island every year and unfortunately I need to work some during vacation. Convenient, Quiet Retreat

An initial glitch was attended to by the property manager, upon it being brought to her attention. I might have enjoyed the pool, but I didn’t know if it was included in my stay. Overall, it was pleasant and met my need for convenience to Sunset Beach.

Great location but a few issues...

Upon entering the unit after 4 pm, the unit was not serviced. Texted the property manger and let him know the status of the unit. Had to return an hour later. Did receive a credit for the inconvenience. The online listing had a pool listed. I asked the property manger if we had access to the pool. The response was to go to the activity center for access to the pool. Went to the activity center and they would not give us pool access since we rented through Vrbo and not one of their agencies. Very misleading advertising.

Tv did not work after contacting the host numerous times to rectify the problem. This property was misrepresented as a one bedroom and it is actually a studio. Upon entering the Rental, we were in a room with a bed and bunk bed !!! there is no door to the room that is being called a bedroom . The TV is in the corner of the same room as the bed. There is a little kitchenette off to the left.. the bathroom sink was very slow draining and my husband had to use the plunger two times to flush the toilet properly. Friday after waiting hours for the TV problem to be rectified I advised the host that we were leaving after two nights and would pay for the two nights never got a reply to that issue. I called Vrbo customer support to report issues. We had to incur the cost of three nights at a hotel after leaving this unsatisfactory Rental.

I enjoyed my stay at SeaTrail. I was very pleased with how clean it was upon our arrival. The only disappointment that I have is no stove, however there was a hotplate to cook on.
