“The room is clean, cozy, and free of any unpleasant odors. It is quiet and equipped with essential appliances such as a washing machine, hair dryer, electric kettle, and TV. The balcony offers a river view. There's a department store next door with a variety of international restaurants, McDonald's, Starbucks, and a supermarket, including a Korean market. In the evening, many people exercise outdoors, giving the impression that it's a safe neighborhood.”
