“The rooms offered a very nice seaview. The flat was well furnished. I felt like at home. The location is good, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, tram stations, etc. The carpet, the sofa and the balcony area were not cleaned well. It casted a bit pressure to me because it's the resident's responsibility to check the wellness of everything in the room and to take photos and report any damage found within the first 16 hrs. However there was no repair to be arranged after I reported.”

“No Services and you MUST remove ALL your rubbish from the flat. Not suggest to no car customer. Old furniture. Not worth the money.”

“The room is big because I have booked a Twin rooms with 2 bathrooms. It is very comfortable. The location is convenience. There is shopping mall besides the hotel. We can go through the hotel corridor to walk to the main road. There is many restaurants nearby. We can walk to the beach along the road and it takes around 5 - 10 minutes. 灰狗 station is nearby so we can take the bus to Brisbane. ”

“地理位置優越，距離Q1塔、輕軌站，巴士站、沖浪者天堂沙灘、超級市場都只是5分鐘左右的路程，十分方便。房間寬敞舒適，設備齊全，就像住在家里一樣，非常適合一家大小親子遊，而且有海景有園景，可以躺在床上看日出也，可以看到熱氣球，景觀十分棒。美中不足就是感覺房間稍有點舊，特別是那個沙發，連住8晚沒人來打掃過衛生，沒有牙刷牙膏和拖鞋要自備，不過這樣也好用自己的更舒服。整體來說，算是滿意。”

“Facilities are poorly maintained. Bathroom door won’t be closed completely. Bathroom window also won’t be closed completely so wind leak in. Already told receptionist of delay check out at 11am, but on the check out day, they didn’t know..,”

“The room smelt like strong bleach, old worn bedding, very rude woman on reception, there was construction opposite pretty loud also someone drilling early on Saturday morning.”
