“The property is dated, needs to be freshened up top to bottom. It is on the fringe of a wooded area nice and quite. The 1 big complaint is that the property owner did not advise us that we were the only visitors to be there most of the time so there would be no food service available, so we had to cook every meal for ourselves. Excellent location with plenty to do within walking distance around Mullins and Speightstown. We particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and garden in a peaceful neighbourhood.”

“For a moment I thought my reservation was given away, the gentleman said he thought I wasn't coming. ANYONE WHO BOOKS THIS NEEDS TO CALL THEM AND CONFIRM VERBALLY WITH THE PROPERTY MGR. They did get me sorted and the place was very cute, gated and clean. George checked up on us but everything worked perfectly and we had no problems. “The house is very well located, you do not need a car. The beach is 8 minutes away on foot, the bus stop is 20 meters away from the house. There are very frequent busses. The house is very clean, you have everything you need; but there are no moskito nets, so we brought them with us, which was a good help. We recommend this house.”

“I arrived after a long trip to London late in the evening to find the apartment very dirty and have not been cleaned since last guests stayed . Two hours later the apartment manager , very apologetic arranged for a cleaner who came that night and the morning after . “Our stay at Miyako was the perfect spot for our surfing vacation. The property was clean and communication with the owner Ty was easy as was the check in process. Freight’s bay is a 3 minute walk. A great place to learn how to surf. If surfing is not your thing this quiet neighborhood is a lovely place to stay. An easy drive to Oistins where you will find all the amenities you’ll need!
