The cottage is very private and located in the heart of a lovely residential area, filled with tree-lined streets and handsome old homes. 「It was clean we had everything we needed. The couch wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on though」

「Oh my, our stay at Dean's Garage was just amazing! The property is extremely well kept, the kitchen a dream to work in and is very well stocked and organized, everything you need but fresh food! There is a very large TV in the living rooom area, and a great desk area to work at. Do emember your passwords to use on the TV to sign in for apps like Netflicks, Paramont, etc. We couldn't have asked for anything more in amenities. It also has its own gated entrance, and a sweet, little sitting area...

「Our rental had well thought out accommodations and was very well equipped. We had a great comfortable bed with air conditioning and an air purification system. It was a very quiet environment with beautiful orchards surrounding us. We were about 25 min from Davis. 」

「Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!」

「Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! 」

「Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. 」

「A wonderful space and time to regroup and share re-gain my serenity. Denise and Bruce are very special hosts that made me feel that I was so welcome anywhere on the whole property. Visiting the goats chickens pigeons ducks in the ponds horses and organic vegetable garden. Or just relaxing by the pool, patio and the cool comfortable cottage. With sounds of bubbling water everywhere with coi or goldfish and little waterways galore. Lots of shade, wonderful A/C and comfortable furniture. Plenty of...
