"Absolutely love the property, we love this hotel as a staycation and it’s a perfect getaway from Sacramento. The only downside of our recent stay it’s the service at the pool area, we were charged a 21%room service everytime we ordered + the service was very slow. Overall we love staying at this location and this may be a one-of experience. "

"This property and the hosts who curate it are wonderful! Everything about our stay was as advertised or better than we expected. The interior had all we needed. The fridge is an actual antique and is perfectly functional but a bit small, so don’t plan on stocking it up. The pool was clean and the view across the foothills was serene. I watched hummingbirds, woodpeckers, hawks, and wild turkeys all around the beautiful landscape in mid September. The nearby small airport had some fixed wing and helicopter traffic that was not an intrusion at all. I personally enjoyed watching them come and go. Nearby Sutter Creek and Jackson have plenty of dining and shops if you wish to leave for a bit. Thank you!"
"Checking in was a breeze with a very professional person at the desk. The room was very nice and clean. I have no complaints except for the fact it was very expensive, way to expensive for Placerville CA to just get a few hours sleep. That has nothing to do with the service or the room but come on Placerville???????????"
