「The stay was fine. I guess I'm just over paying for "names" when the room quality is no different, and perhaps worse, than, say, the new boutique hotel down the street. I think a lot of these old prestige name hotels are resting on their laurels and feel they don't have to update their rooms to compete (the sofa in my room was stained for example..not a huge deal but unexpected for a WA). 「The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was an event on-site in which the individual managing the event was rude to my daughter and myself as we went to access the garden area. The gentleman at the front desk was able to assist immediately to help navigate guest access. Thank you, that was one of the reasons we booked this location and we appreciated the support.」
