天鵝谷出租度假屋

「We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this...

「Amanda was a great host! The unit is exceptional! Thank you for hosting us!」

「整潔度可再加強，沒有吹風機很不方便，洗衣機沒有烘乾功能，但住宿整體空間很大，浴廁是分開的，使用方便，廚房也很大但沒有面紙及廚房紙巾需自備。」

「Family friendly」

「Great location, very quiet as the property backs on to bushland. It was awesome to be able to bring my dog who thoroughly enjoyed exploring, however I was mindful that the yard is not currently enclosed by a fence.」

「Staff are nice and helpful. Facilities are in clean and good condition. Some area are quite difficult to connect with Wifi or only receive low level of signal. But overall is still a pleasant stay here!」

「Lovely big clean house. Easy check in and check out prompt response when communicating with the host. Over all great stay and will be back. 」

「We did not receive our “check in” instructions, call was answered quickly and we made our way in. Only one king size bed in the house not two as advertised. One queen bed, two double and two singles. Master bedroom had a light that could not be turned off at all during our stay. Fan in the living room was very dirty as was the return vent for the air conditioner. Used soap in the shower, on the floor with previous occupiers products. Shower screens also need a good clean. Wet bath mat...

「Very close to airport. 」

「整體上都很好，只是晚check in 有點麻煩因為沒有員工當值」

「地理位置方便，有泊車，登記入住很親切，唯獨房間燈光比較暗」

「Great stay would recommend very homely 😄」

「Briar and Darren will bend over backwards to make sure you are comfortable. And don't forget to say hi! to Bentley, the real owner of the property. (spoiler - he's the dog)」

「Room was so spacious & comfortable with everything you need. Location was good with walking distance to beach & supermarket. The only complain was no air conditioning in guest rooms & it was very hot while sleeping 」
