“Good place to stay for relaxing”

“Exceptional host— very communicative & kind. The rental had amenities above and beyond with attention to details. Clean, comfortable, and wonderful location. Look forward to renting from this host in future!”

“This is the PERFECT PLACE. Everything was wonderful! The host was great. I plan to return this condo. Thanks for making my quick getaway special!”

“Great place to stay!!! Will come back again!!!”

“Right on the ocean. Quiet and clean.”

“Not exactly what we thought but comfortable enough. We spend most of our time on the beach.”

“Everything was clean which was most important to me but was very humid in the unit”

“Unit was just as described in the listing and host was very responsive. We would stay here again.”

“Several issues made this stay less than desirable. First, the property was difficult to find using my phone app, 2nd, the musty smell never dissipated as was told it would, 3rd, the only closet was used as a storage unit for an old window unit and a storage container which made it impossible to hang any clothes, 4th, the living room TV did not work properly, 5th, the bedroom TV did not work very well either (continued to freeze), 6th, on the last night the bedroom a/c quit working altogether and……

“Lisa was easy to communicate with. Loved how tv had regular cable and not just internet streaming. Hoping to go back next year.”

“make sure to bring toilet paper, paper toilets, and trash bags with you because no extras were supplied other than what was originally provided and with three people, we ran out quick. very clean and cute space for a few people. the ac unit was unbearably loud and the door locking system broke towards the end of our trip, but the host was quick to provide a solution.”

“This property was great! I didn't give excellent rating because I think there's always ways for improvement. That being said, this was the cleanest place we had stayed in quite awhile. I know people love their pets, but I appreciated the no pet policy. I think that helps with the cleanliness. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Information in the room folder was so easy to understand. Our host was phenomenal. If we ever go back, we will definitely book with her again. Our room had a……

“Great space for a small family. Walked right into the beach.”

“Awesome stay, everything was easy for the check in process, much different than the usual talk to someone and get the key process. Instead, you’re giving detailed instructions and everything’s quick and easy. Amazed how equipped the rooms are and the kitchen has lots of supplies or cooking utensils. I didn’t know the island was hit with a king tidal wave that a lot of decks were under construction and the indoor pool was impacted from a storm that it wasn’t open while we were there. If the place……

“We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful beachfront condo at the St. Regis Resort! The oceanfront views from every room were truly breathtaking, and the property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped. We loved having direct access to the beach and the resort pools, and communication with the owner was wonderful, making our entire experience easy and seamless. We would highly recommend this property!”

“This was our second year staying at Colony by the Sea, and it’s safe to say we’ll absolutely be back! While we experienced a very minor hiccup on our first day, Naomi personally stepped in and took care of everything immediately. That’s the kind of customer service that turns a small inconvenience into a reason to come back. She was responsive, professional, genuinely caring, and made sure our vacation got right back on track. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We……

“Enjoyed the lvt flooring ”

“Smelled of animal urine. The condo seemed old and also smelled musty. It was up three flights of stairs. The beach was half covered with two rows of huge sand bags. We informed the rental manager the condo was unacceptable and that we would not be staying there. We got a hotel room instead. We asked for a refund but ended up contacting our credit card company instead.”
