“Great employees”

“My wife and I stayed for one night, as we wanted a weekend trip to see Galena. It is one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we have stayed at in years, and the amenities were very good! The prices were very reasonable for the season (middle of May), and there was plenty of parking spaces near to the hotel, so we did not have to walk too far. If we are in the area again, we are doing to stay here.”

“Nice, clean, quiet hotel, but were disappointed the restaurant and pub was closed as it was a Monday. Will keep that in mind for next time. Easy and fast check in. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Old building renovated. Uses radiator heat. No available coffee in room. Room was very nice and clean. Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant across the street. Very reasonable. Would stay again.”

“I got into the shower, and when I went to wash my hair, the shampoo dispenser was empty. I had brought no shampoo with me, and had no one with me to get some from the hotel. I used body wash to wash my hair. Very frustrating! ”

“The room is really neat and confortable. If you come here with kids, there is a indoor pool where kids can play around. Breakfast selection is mediocre.”

“This resort is such a beautiful property with absolutely amazing views! We picked this spot to stay for my husband's birthday weekend and we loved our time staying there! Its close to downtown Galena and all it has to offer. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Galena!”

“The property is located right off the freeway exit, so it was convenient for a one night stay, and right back onto the freeway the next morning for continuing on to our next destination. ”
