“The hotel location is very good. The room is clean and cozy. Staffs are helpful and friendly.”

“Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.”

“Mountain views excellent with huge Double Balcony, so enjoy stay there with fun in Kids snow garden...”

“Excellent location! Waking up to the stunning mountain views in the morning was the highlight of our stay. The Resort is peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect place to relax while still being close to Interlaken and other attractions. We truly felt at home and would love to return someday.”

“The room has NO Air Conditioning, making it extremely uncomfortable to stay in. And I even stayed for four nights! Totally regretting this. In addition, the room cleaners constantly forget to refill things like towels and tissue paper, which we always have to call the reception to get it back. However, if you ignore the above negatives, the breakfast was good with sufficient variety of food. In addition, they have gym and meeting rooms which I did not expect a 3 star hotel to have.

“The staffs are super friendly. I do like their gym, super new and clean. But I have to say the room hygiene was terrible. there was used toilet paper left in the toilet; the towel was moldy. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t use any of them.”

“The room temperature was a bit warm through out the night despite the AC has been turned on to high speed.”

“Very good location and nice hotle ”
